If this was an animated Gif, and she had just drank a shot of 151 and was holding the shot in her mouth, while in this position and then took a lighter and farted into her own face while lighting the fart on fire and then spit the 151 out into the flames that might almost be as cool as if someone was having sex with her in this position while simultaneously dropping a deuce on her face.
